These are the t’s & c’s that you agree to when booking with us, here at The Way Home.
Booking and Cancelations.
Your booking is not guaranteed to be the final day/time the photo/video shoot is undertaken. We will need to cross-reference your preferred time slot to our current schedule and potentially work with you to select a more suitable time.
We will always work for you to ensure you get the best time and day suitable and the most appropriate turnaround time for you and your clients needs.
Please ensure a minimum 2-hour lead time for any booking, and a 2-hour lead time for any cancellations. This gives us enough time to prepare and plan.

It is expected that a property is completely ready for your booked photo or video shoot. We are always happy to help but it is not the responsibility of our team to tidy up, turn on lights or move things out of the way.
If a photographer or videographer is required to re-visit a property for any reason other than weather or an error by the photographer/videographer, a return-to-home fee of $90 including GST applies.

When paying for the creative content material you are buying a one-time limited license for the content and is only acceptable to be used on the marketing campaign they were paid for under. This means, that if another agency takes over the listing, the content would need to be re-licensed in order to use this material again. Please contact us to discuss this.

Payment for completed work is payable on the 20th of the next month following your receipt. If you have a particular payment method or arrangement please let accounts@thewaystudios.co.nz know.
